ConnectOregon Facilitation

ConnectOregon is a lottery funded initiative that ODOT uses to provide grants to public and private entities to invest in air, rail, marine, transit, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure for a strong, diverse, and efficient Oregon transportation system. To allocate $45 million in ConnectOregon VI funds, Cogito facilitated the Final Review Committee’s recommendations to the Oregon Transportation Commission based on a rigorous statewide process that involved modal committees, regional committees and ODOT staff.
