The stretch of Highway 99 that connects homes to shopping and services is a four-lane road. It is dangerous to cross on foot, despite a cross walk.  Cogito works with Emerio Design on an ODOT-funded project to build safety improvements for all users, including pedestrians and bicyclists. In design through August 2021, Cogito helps with communications to adjacent and surrounding businesses and residents. Construction is planned for 2021 –2022.
