The Dalles Downtown Visioning

Cogito is guiding a downtown visioning process in the The Dalles, Oregon. What works now? What needs to change? What will the look and feel of downtown be in 2030? Downtown stakeholders are weighing in on key priorities for how land is used, how people get around, and where people live. Residents are learning how communities hold on to what they value and successfully manage change.
